Kevin Murphy
Kevin has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of TSB Bank since 2010. He has more than 20 years’ experience at a senior executive level within TSB Bank, contributing as Finance Manager then Deputy CEO, before taking on his current role. Kevin provides leadership, as well as strategic and operational direction to the Bank. He is a Chartered Accountant and was awarded a fellowship in 2013. He is currently Vice President of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is a Board member for Venture Taranaki. Kevin met his wife Carolyn during high school in New Plymouth. The pair have been married for 34 years. In their spare time, they are both avid musical theatre fans, with Kevin working behind-the-scenes, and Carolyn working as a Director / Choreographer. They have a daughter and two sons and continue to call Taranaki home.

Barbara McKerrow

Barbara McKerrow is Chief Executive at New Plymouth District Council (NPDC). She has worked in local government for more than thirty years. Her management career began in public libraries and was followed by promotion to a variety of senior executive roles at NPDC, culminating in her appointment to her current position in 2007. Barbara is currently serving as President of SOLGM (Society of Local Government Managers). As part of this role she also co-chairs the Central and Local Government Chief Executive Forum. In Taranaki Barbara has also been an active participant in professional networks in the community, most recently as the Chair and committee member of the Taranaki Chamber of Commerce CEO Forum. Barbara’s particular interest is in strategic leadership and the development of organisations with the resilience, talent, and agility to effectively plan for and respond to changing circumstances, future trends and community needs. Barbara also enjoyed a career as a national level marathon runner, including representing Australia in the 1985 World Cup Marathon and New Zealand in Los Angeles and Singapore in the late 80s. 

Cassandra Crowley 

Cassandra grew up in Kaponga before attending high school in New Plymouth.  She trained in law, accounting and IT before having a career that spanned financial services, international trade law, local government, IT, hospitality, retail, owning her own business, being a director focused on education and startups. A qualified Barrister and Solicitor and Chartered Accountant she is now Kaitumuaki of Te Korowai o Ngāruahine Trust responsible for representing Ngāruahine iwi and managing over $75m of assets.  Locally she sits on the WITT Council and Taranaki Bio-diversity Trust as well as maintaining a number of other governance positions nationally and internationally.
