Alice is a Partner at Govett Quilliam and the team leader of GQ’s Private Client and Property team. Currently, Alice has a focus on property law, particularly house sales and purchases, subdivisions, leases and residential building contracts. Alice also has a background in commercial law and has previously provided in house legal support to oil and gas corporates, Origin Energy (now Beach Energy), Todd Energy and First Gas. Alice has been at Govett Quilliam for 8 years and has been a lawyer for 13 years.
Born and bred in Taranaki. Spent 27 years in the construction industry. Acquired the Taranaki licencee for 'Betta Inspect It' two years ago and have spent the last two years undertaking Inspections and testing on houses throughout Taranaki.
Jo is a Mortgage Broker at Stephanie Murray Mortgages (SMM). Her roles include accounting, conveyancing, real estate and most recently the building industry. Financially savvy, with an understanding of the banking, real estate and property transaction sectors Jo is your most valuable advocate and assistant when it comes to getting into your first home or next home! South Taranaki was where Jo was born and bred, so Jo is looking forward to the opportunity to work all over the province.

Thomas’s long list of repeat and referral clients is testimony to his communication and hard work when selling properties ranging from $150,000 to million-dollar homes. In only 3 years Thomas went from being a personal assistant to No. 1 at McDonald Real Estate in New Plymouth. Starting from the bottom has given Thomas a comprehensive understanding of every facet in relation to a property sales transaction. Going through the first home buying process 18 months ago he understands the challenges in buying a first home and getting into the property market. This has allowed him to develop an ability to get a deal together and deliver for his clients seamlessly.
